Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately fulfill customers' prescription needs
- Administer vaccines as needed
- Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws (including HIPAA)
- Maintain a professional image through personal conduct and pharmacy appearance
- Develop thorough knowledge of the trade area, its customers, and competitors
- Create a positive pharmacy image through excellent service and collaboration
- Manage inventory levels, security, sanitation, equipment operation, and compliance with policies
- Ensure accurate record keeping and security for scheduled drugs
- Utilize accuracy tools effectively
- Establish and maintain thorough record-keeping practices for compliance
- Keep the work area clean and organized to present a professional image
- Process product returns promptly per company policy
- Maintain all pharmacy equipment in working condition
- Organize policy manuals and ensure staff knowledge
- Ensure all necessary signage is displayed
- Continuously broaden personal knowledge and pharmacy skills
