What are the responsibilities and job description for the Produce Lead position at Kroger Stores?
We are looking for fast paced, friendly people to join our team, long term.
- Must be 18 or older
- Greet customers
- Clean shelves and work area
- Position product correctly
- Maintain a sanitized work area
- Learn to order new shipments of products
- Break down pallets of product
- Stock shelves with products in a quick and accurate manner
- Assist customers
- Willingness to assist the floral department when they're closed (taking orders, filling balloons, wrapping premade arrangements in tissue paper)
- Learn to write schedules for the department
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to effectively and kindly lead your team
- Ability to work 8 1/2 hour shifts between 6 am and 10 pm
- Ability to work 5 shifts Sun-Sat
***You will begin as a produce clerk at $14/hr then sign the upcoming bid for produce lead***

Pay: $15.00 per hour
