- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of planning and leadership experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Tableau
- Proficient in Power BI
- Knowledge of S&OE/S&OP
- Strong knowledge of production processes, material requirements, manufacturing systems
- Excellent oral/written communication skills for collaboration with departments
- Excellent presentation skills

- Ability to make decisions and implement changes
- Must be skilled in diplomacy and able to influence effectively, including Executive leadership team
- APICS certified
- Infor SCP planning experience
- Previously developed and executed plant planning strategies
- Process management or Quality Improvement Process skills
- Create inventory build plans to meet seasonal demand
- Create plans to achieve targeted inventory and schedule compliance
- Effectively and efficiently manage the supply chain for Kroger
- Utilize current and future technology and processes to continually improve planning skills
- Lead Weekly S&OE meetings and periodic S&OP meetings (Execution & Rough Cut Capacity)
- Lead cross-functional efforts to validate data, refine information, identify risk factors and build contingency plans to optimize outcomes
- Leverage aggregated enterprise volumes and supplier relationships across businesses
- Analyze and suggest improvements to production processes, schedules, and workflows to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall performance
- Collaborate closely with the plants staff and internal teams (i.e., Sourcing, Corporate Food Technology, Logistics, and the Lead Team) to identify and align with their expectations
- Lead Recovery calls with Leadership
- Establish plant, and specific production line priorities based on benefits and opportunities and track performance metrics
- Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe, quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements
- Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF Systems
- Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles
- Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
