Responsible for providing administrative support for the Division HR Leader of the C-Stores. Coordinate various projects, as well as assignments, meetings,and travel arrangements. Handles all HR administrative tasks for the C-Stores Corporate Office associates.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform assigned HR Administrative duties with service excellence
- Posting all open positions using internal and/or external processes as required
- Processing applicants including drug screens and background checks
- On-boarding new hires
- Maintenance of associate personnel files
- Contact with senior officers, executives, and associates Company-wide
- Coordination of routine matters, meetings, travel and various other assignments
- Discretion and good judgment are required in setting priorities, answering or directing correspondence and in coordinating various programs/meetings,etc .
- Prepare and maintain routine and special reports, records, an analyses
- Provide administrative support and problem-solving assistance toward the total fulfillment of departmental responsibilities
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and make sound decisions

- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to compose general correspondence.
- Excellent secretarial and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in coordinating meetings, schedules, projects, and travel arrangements.
- Strong computer literacy; current systems include: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Ability to learn ExpressHR, Kronos and KERMIT.
