Position Summary:
Responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Coordinator in developing strategic marketing briefs and customer communication plans. The SMA acts as a secondary contact between the business unit and marketing. Ensure strategy and communication is aligned across the enterprise by coordinating customer communication in partnership with cross functional teams. Assure brand strategy is followed across customer touch points in order to ensure consistent brand building. Provide brand building communication to Divisions in order to promote execution excellence. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist the Senior Marketing Coordinator in communicating with the Business Unit and the cross functional marketing team about team objectives and brand strategy
- Communicate regularly with Senior Marketing Coordinator ensuring strategy and projects are on track, gaining support and guidance.
- Works cross functionally with peer group to seek best solution for overall enterprise customer communication and marketing plan
- Coordinate projects with Customer Insight , Customer Relationship Management, Media Services, and Creative Services to secure necessary resources to provide on strategy customer communications aligned with brand identity
- Manage assigned outside vendors, as necessary, to assure alignment with strategic vision and master brand strategy
- Attend meetings with business units in order to update Marketing efforts and gain understanding of business unit objectives
- Provide marketing leadership by assisting business unit teams in understanding using brand building strategy to achieve business objectives
- Regularly communicate with Division teams to connect branding strategy to marketing activity in order help to align the divisions with this strategic vision
- Seek out and identifies consumer, market, industry, and global trends for new ways of meeting Customer needs and driving engagement

Minimum Position Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in Account/Brand management
- Insight application expertise
- Demonstrated leadership of Cross-functional teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to travel independently

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising
