Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate Doosan CNC machines with Fanuc controls.
- Read and execute from blueprints to produce precise parts.
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with and teach other team members, contributing to a supportive group environment.
- Solve machining problems creatively, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality output.
Requirements:
- Experience in CNC programming, machine setups, and full-cycle machining.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure.
- A team player who enjoys teaching others and working in a dynamic environment.
- Someone ready to take on a challenge, turning the machine shop environment into their own adventure.
- English proficiency is required; Polish language skills are a bonus.
