Job Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or mortar.
- Cut, shape, and lay tiles according to project specifications.
- Grout and seal completed tile work to ensure durability and aesthetics.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and job requirements.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of tile installation experience.
- Must provide own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of different tile materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site issues.
- General liability and worker’s compensation insurance preferred.
