Sales Manager- for a SaaS company developing software products for Hi-Tech companies.
Experience selling software products to Hi-Tech enterprise clients is a must.
We’re looking for a senior sales manager who is well-versed in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
The Opportunity / You Will
- Own enterprise account/territory development strategy that will lead to tangible long-term pipeline and revenue.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to discovery, negotiation, and closing, tracking all activity in CRM.
- Develop creative sales tactics and outbound prospecting strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct high-level conversations with prospective clients to understand their business needs and share company's value proposition.
- Land and expand client base by understanding their current use case and identifying areas for expansion.
- Meet (and exceed) monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product and R&D teams.
- Be the voice of the customer to the product team.
Requirements
- at least 5 years in a similar position in an enterprise B2B sales environment- selling to Hi TECH enterprise clients- a must!
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
- Startup experience and a self-starter mentality.
- Experience with self-prospecting and developing your own pipeline.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies and a consistent record of over-attainment by month/quarter/year.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to map and develop buying teams inside large organizations.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with enterprise clients and attend industry events, as well as collaborate in person with team members across the globe.
- Bachelor’s degree.
