Vice President, Transaction Advisory Services (Finance)Our Transaction Advisory Services practice provides seamless analytical advisory through the deal continuum, from transaction origination to closing.Day-to-day responsibilities : Provide technical expertise within the Transaction Advisory Services practice.Work on buy / sell-side technology due diligence engagements.Analyze software code base and software development lifecycle for software design, and write custom SQL code.Manage internal and external customer relationships and large software development projects.Oversee technical aspects of IT projects, write technical specifications, and develop solutions using open source code, Microsoft .NET, and plug-ins.Analyze and mine large volumes of financial data, and develop data analytics and dashboard tools for management reporting.Strong experience in business intelligence is desired.Manage large ETL projects and develop solutions using SSIS, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, and other third-party products.Identify post-acquisition steps to optimize savings and improve efficiencies by supporting the implementation of technology initiatives.Assist clients in identifying pre- and post-acquisition transaction issues.Contribute to the report-writing process.Essential traits : Minimum of 5 years related work experience in M&A technology due diligence or equivalent.A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or information systems.Fluency in Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau software is a plus.Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word and Excel.Ability to adapt to ever-changing client demands.Flexibility to travel as needed.Supervisory experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities.Experience working with diverse teams.About KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions-Kroll.
