Experienced Mill Operator (2+ years required)

Krom International is a small rubber manufacturing company located in Celina Ohio. Previously known as Rubber Recycling Technologies but is now under new management! Come join the Krom family and be a part of our amazing team.

We have a rubber mill that needs honest, dependable and hard workers'. We mill Rubber for our presses to make Mudflaps for semi-trucks and trailers.

• First and second shift positions available
• $23-24 per hour pay based on experience with room to grow

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor milling machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints.
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the milling process.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
