Krones, Inc. is looking for multiple Regional Service Technicians – Electrical to Perform timely and accurate service in customer’s plants, such as commissioning, troubleshooting and retrofitting of machines in the industrial automation field independently. Position is based in Franklin, Wisconsin.

Required : Associate’s Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical or Mechatronics and 4 years of experience as a Service Technician / Engineer. In lieu of an Associate’s Degree, employer will also accept a high school diploma and 6 years of experience as a Service Technician / Engineer. In addition, the following specific skills are required :
4 years of experience (6 years with HS diploma) with testing equipment including voltmeter, ammeter and ohmmeter
- 4 years of experience (6 years with HS diploma) reading blueprints, along with basic mechanical skills;
- 4 years of experience (6 years with HS diploma) with Microsoft XP and 7;
- 4 years of experience (6 years with HS diploma) in machine hardware (control circuits, actuators and sensors);
4 years of experience (6 years with HS diploma) reading electrical schematics and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), including Allen Bradley and Siemens; and,
4 years of experience (6 years with HS diploma) in SCADA Systems and Fieldbus (Ethernet, Profi-Bus and Profi-Net).
Requires extensive travel (nearly constant – up to 100%), both domestic and foreign
