Responsibilities:
Coordinates timely release of the work orders, purchase orders and stock availability.
Implements, controls, and maintains production schedules.
Acknowledge all customer orders and develops plan to deliver on-time based on the production schedule.
Contribute to continuous improvement through open communication and teamwork.
Maintain active involvement in problem solving and perform corrective action analysis on recurring problems and published data.
Helps control and recommend in-plant manufacturing inventories, including component parts, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Communicates the status of work in progress and coordinates with the Production Scheduling and Procurement Manager information concerning delivery lead times, past due orders, and schedule change requirements.
Interfaces with factory supervision and appropriate resources to assure all schedules are met and that work orders are assigned correctly.
Develops, controls, and maintains job on-time delivery schedule. Coordinates manufacturing efforts to maximize schedule integrity form the lowest component level to the completed assemblies.
Communicates the material goods needs with the necessary individuals to minimize the occurrence of material shortages.
Maintains the integrity of the daily work of center report, and schedules accordingly.
Monitors MRP reports and request appropriate changes as necessary.
Expedites critical shortages to insure schedules are met.

Position Requirements:
- ORACLE experience or similar system
- Strong Excel Skills
- Experience in Materials Management, Inventory Management, MRP MPS
- Good knowledge of material control systems as MRP/SAP/Oracle Systems
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
