We are seeking multiple Principal Systems Engineers to join our Jet Engine/Turbofan Propulsion Project Engineering team. This role focuses on leading complex turbofan engine design and aircraft integration efforts, working closely with aircraft OEMs, customers, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in engine design, turbofan or fan module design, engine module leadership, aircraft integration, or propulsion engine certification and testing.
- Strong program management skills, with experience in EVMS, Cost Account management, Jira/Agile tools, and systems engineering.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
- Experience working with aircraft OEMs and other key stakeholders.
- Plan, estimate, baseline, and execute complex turbofan engine design and aircraft integration projects.
- Collaborate with aircraft OEMs, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring on-time delivery of key milestones.
- Utilize program management methodologies, including EVMS, Cost Account management, Jira/Agile tools, and requirements-based systems engineering techniques.
