The successful candidate will oversee the forecasting, planning, scheduling, and workflow processes, working closely with operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of two years of manufacturing experience in a production-related field.
Experience with SAP ERP system or equivalent ERP systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (MS Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet).
Strong communication skills in technical work environments.
Ability to earn trust and maintain positive and professional relationships.
High accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
Ability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities.
