We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer with a strong background in CADWorx. In this role, you will design new products and improve existing ones while collaborating with the engineering team to ensure timely project completion. Your expertise in CAD design and drafting will play a key role in delivering high-quality and cost-efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and refine designs for new and existing products using CADWorx.
- Generate isometric drawings (ISO's) and perform quality checks.
- Draft Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Evaluate products, parts, or processes to ensure cost efficiency, reliability, and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering staff to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
- Lead or direct the work of others as needed, ensuring high standards of creativity and precision.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with CADWorx, specifically in piping design.
- Proficiency in generating ISO's and performing quality checks.
- Strong capabilities in drafting P&IDs.
- Extensive knowledge of design concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills to accomplish diverse tasks.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and meeting project deadlines.
