Product Review Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Liaison Engineer. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or related field).
• 10 years of experience in structural, systems, design, or production engineering.
• Strong knowledge of machining, material properties (steel, aluminum, titanium), and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with root cause analysis, problem resolution, and disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Expertise in GD&T, metrology, and tolerance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with structural repairs, functional testing, and assembly processes.
• Ability to work in a factory setting, including exposure to noise, chemicals, and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve production and quality issues related to aircraft or complex mechanical components.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions for non-conforming parts and processes.
• Collaborate closely with factory teams to ensure designs are properly implemented.
• Develop and recommend product and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Support repair and rework efforts, including structural modifications and material processing.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, tolerances (GD&T), machining processes, and materials.
• Provide engineering guidance on manufacturing, assembly, and testing to maintain quality standards.
