Residential Maintenance Technician – Richmond/Chesterfield County/Petersburg
KRS Holdings, a rapidly growing property management company in Virginia, is seeking a skilled, reliable, and self-motivated Residential Maintenance Technician to help maintain our communities in the Tidewater region, including Suffolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and the Peninsula. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents have a well-maintained, safe, and comfortable living environment.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
- On-call rotation for emergencies.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate: $18-$24 (depending on experience and qualifications).
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair systems such as:
- Electrical and plumbing
- HVAC systems
- Appliances
- Interior/exterior lighting
- Fireplaces, ceiling fans, and gas fixtures
- Hot water heaters (gas/electric)
- Door locks, windows, and sliding doors
- Perform unit turnovers to meet move-in deadlines.
- Coordinate and inspect necessary make-ready repairs.
