Your Role :
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to maintain pest-free properties. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections, developing customized treatment plans, and implementing effective pest control methods. With your expertise and empathy, you will provide outstanding customer service and ensure our residents feel safe and secure in their homes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each property and client preferences.
- Utilize various pest control methods, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing recommendations for pest prevention.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities using digital reporting systems.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work independently, managing time effectively to meet service demands.
- Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting packages weighing 50 pounds or more.

Monday through Friday 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm plus occasional overtime as needed
