What You'll Do:
- New Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with property owners and real estate investors, showcasing the value of partnering with KRS Holdings.
- Network Building: Manage and optimize the performance of a diverse portfolio of properties, while building strong relationships with key players in the real estate industry including agents, contractors and investors. Focus on client satisfaction, operational efficiency, financial performance to generate a consistent flow of leads.
- Secure Agreements: Cultivate and finalize contracts with property owners, ensuring profitability for both parties, and sustainable growth for our portfolio.
- Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for owners & investors ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Leasing: Attract and secure tenants for our clients’ properties. Involves marketing vacancies, conducting showings, screening applicants and managing lease agreements.
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee leasing, tenant relations, and occupancy goals to drive portfolio growth and ensure full occupancy and satisfaction.
- Lead and Mentor: Develop and guide a team of maintenance staff and vendors. Ensure properties comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management, safety standards, and building codes.
- Sales Hunter: 5-7 years of proven success in a sales-driven role, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Real Estate Acumen: 1-3 years of experience in property management or a related field, with a solid understanding of the real estate industry.
- Licensed and Ready: Must have North Carolina Brokers license.
- Communication Powerhouse: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Organized and Tech-Savvy: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using technology to manage your business.
- Driven to Succeed: A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for growth.
