Your Role:

• Daily Maintenance Tasks: Tackle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and more.
• Make-Ready Repairs: Prepare vacant homes for new residents with top-quality work.
• Property Upkeep: Change locks, move equipment, and maintain our properties to the highest standards.
  
  

What You Need:

• Experience: 3 years in maintenance or construction.
• Tools & Transportation: Own your tools and have a reliable truck (fuel allowance included).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology for time keeping, work orders, and logging work completion.
