KRS Holdings, a rapidly growing property management company in Virginia, is looking for top-notch Turn / Make Ready technicians in the Hampton Roads, VA area. If you're self-motivated and skilled in maintenance, we want you on our team!

  • Engaging Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM, with on-call rotation for emergencies.

Your Role :

  • Daily Maintenance Tasks : Tackle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and more.
  • Make-Ready Repairs : Prepare vacant homes for new residents with top-quality work.
  • Property Upkeep : Change locks, move equipment, and maintain our properties to the highest standards.

    • What You Need :

  • Experience : 3 years in maintenance or construction.
  • Tools & Transportation : Own your tools and have a reliable truck (fuel allowance included).
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using technology for time keeping, work orders, and logging work completion.
