This is direct hire staffing opportunity through Krucial Rapid Response driven by a mission to serve others at their greatest time of need.
PAY: $115,000-$130,000/Yr.
Assignment Details for DON:
- Immediate start
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Hybrid schedule. 60% working in-person with staff and families, 40% remote work.
Job Description for DON:
- Looking for DON to join leadership team.
- Supervise and grow RN clinical team. Hiring and Training RN Case Managers.
- Build processes to ensure optimal family experience and effciency, and set clinical practices to deliver the highest quality of care.
Requirements and Qualifications for DON:
- Current Colorado RN license with 3 years experience.
- 1-2 Nursing Leadership Experience.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
- Must be able to make independent decisions.
- Must be personable, enthusiastic and resourceful.
