Our studio culture is interdisciplinary and research-based - an open source of creativity and ideas.KSP seeks a highly motivated Design Associate with 1 – 3 years of experience who is on the path to licensure and exhibits a commitment to design excellence.  Opportunities for advancement exist for those who show initiative and perform at exceptional levels within the practice.RESPONSIBILITIESPerform specific portions of assignments under supervision using prescribed methodsWork from the design of others and perform routine architectural assignmentsAssist project team in developing documentation through all phases of the projectResearch products, materials, etc. per proposed specificationsProduce written team correspondencePrepare presentation and design documentsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS 1 – 3 years of experience in a recognized Architecture firmProfessional Degree in ArchitectureActively pursuing licensureActively pursuing LEED accreditationProficiency in AutoCad, Revit, Rhino, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Parametric modeling (Grasshopper)Basic knowledge of Deltek, MS Project and Newforma preferredAble to work both self-directed and in interdisciplinary teams in a fast paced and energetic environmentExcellent visual, verbal and written communication skillsMust be eligible to work in the United States.
