Krueger Sheet Metal has an opening for a Project Manager/Estimator in Spokane, WA. This position works directly with the roofing department to manage roofing and sheet metal projects. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States, reside within the Spokane area and available to work on-site. This role is does not offer relocation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Estimate, bid, and draft proposals for roofing projects
- Produce accurate estimates from conceptual and schematic drawings and shop prints
- Identify constructability issues through the estimating process
- Demonstrate performance in file and time management
- Read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals
- Review contracts and other legal documents thoroughly and be able to identify issues as necessary
- Respond to common inquiries or requests from customers
- Manage roofing crews on a day-to-day basis, developing creative solutions to unforeseen challenges on the job site.
- Manage individual job labor and material costs to ensure budget goals are being met
- Attend weekly owner/architect/contractor meetings
- Generate schedules to convey progress/plans to owners/architects
- Prepare take offs from supplied drawings and specifications using Bluebeam software
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, project, etc.

- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training in a construction management role.
- Work is performed primarily in an office setting with frequent job site visits
- Must be able to navigate an active job site, i.e. climb ladders, climb stairs, crawl through tight spaces, ride in a boom lift.
- Utilize verbal and written communication to exchange information
- $80K to $110k
- Bonus: 5-10% of salary
