SUMMARY                  The Process Manager oversees process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: Leadership and Management:  Collaborate in development of strategies to optimize workflows and in implementation of innovative solutions to meet organizational goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.  Process Improvement:  Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.  Develop and implement solutions to optimize production workflows, reduce cycle times, and enhance productivity.  Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process effectiveness.  Project Management:  Oversee capital and process improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.  Prepare and present project proposals, cost-benefit analyses, and progress reports to senior management.  Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary equipment or materials.  Participate/lead process efforts related to NPD product launches.     Quality and Compliance:  Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, etc.).  Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.  Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for improved consistency and compliance.  Technology and Innovation:  Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in process engineering and manufacturing technologies.  Implement innovative tools and systems to improve process control and monitoring.  Lead initiatives to introduce automation, digitalization, or other advanced manufacturing techniques.    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES  This role oversees the Process, Setup, and Mold & Fix teams and Continuous Improvement Coordinator. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.   QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree or Work experience equivalent  Experience in a manufacturing environment is required, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., automotive, pharmaceuticals, plastics etc.].  Strong leadership and team management capabilities.  Proficient in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.  Knowledge of CAD software, process simulation tools, and ERP systems.  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.    LANGUAGE SKILLS Proficiency in English is required. The ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and the ability to effectively present information to all levels of employees including top management in a variety of settings is required.   REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described in this section are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, walk, hear, reach with hands and arms, stoop and bend.  The employee must seldom lift and/or move more than 25 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.   WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described in this section are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.    The production area temperatures can fluctuate significantly based on the time of year.  The noise levels can be moderate to high.  The use of hearing protection and safety eyewear is required while on production floor.  The use of additional specific safety equipment may be required.  The noise level in the office is usually quiet. The noise level in production is usually moderate.   WORK AVAILABLITY AND TRAVEL Must have the ability to work all shift schedules, periodic overtime and be available for periodic weekend work.  Some travel may be required to vendor sites or company facilities.   Travel requirements: <10%         HRFMxxxx Issue Dated: 11 MAR 25 Revision Dated: Original Issue
