SUMMARY
The Process Manager oversees process improvement initiatives to enhance production
efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
Leadership and Management:
Collaborate in development of strategies to optimize workflows and in implementation of innovative solutions to meet organizational goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Process Improvement:
Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement solutions to optimize production workflows, reduce cycle times, and enhance productivity.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process effectiveness.
Project Management:
Oversee capital and process improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Prepare and present project proposals, cost-benefit analyses, and progress reports to senior management.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary equipment or materials.
Participate/lead process efforts related to NPD product launches.
Quality and Compliance:
Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, etc.).
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for improved consistency and compliance.
Technology and Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in process engineering and manufacturing technologies.
Implement innovative tools and systems to improve process control and monitoring.
Lead initiatives to introduce automation, digitalization, or other advanced manufacturing techniques.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role oversees the Process, Setup, and Mold & Fix teams and Continuous Improvement
Coordinator. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this team.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and
applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees;
planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining
associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or Work experience equivalent
Experience in a manufacturing environment is required, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., automotive, pharmaceuticals, plastics etc.].
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficient in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of CAD software, process simulation tools, and ERP systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Proficiency in English is required. The ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and the ability to effectively present information to all levels of employees including top management in a variety of settings is required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

WORK AVAILABLITY AND TRAVEL
Must have the ability to work all shift schedules, periodic overtime and be available for periodic weekend work. Some travel may be required to vendor sites or company facilities.
