What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Finisher position at Kruger Family Industries?
SUMMARY: The Finisher position trims, cleans, assembles and packages thermoformed plastic products. They will assist with the set up of all secondary finishing tools and equipment as well as clean and organize the work area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
Remove and/or help remove, lift and position formed parts from thermoforming machine or skid/baskets onto work table.
Trim (finish) and assemble formed products using hand and/or power tools.
File, sand, scribe sharp edges and/or burrs, clean, stack, sort and label finished parts.
Load or assist with loading thermoforming machines.
Visually inspect products including the measurement and/or comparison of parts with straightedge or template to verify conformance to specifications.
Housekeeping of work areas, machines, tools and equipment.
Cut and/or grind trim scrap and scrap parts.
Complete daily work reports as required.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Perform all duties within regulatory requirements and company policies & procedures.
Perform other job duties and assignments as requested or as business needs require.
Salary : $19 - $23
