Kitchen Designer/ In -Home Sales Position Overview:
No Cold Calling or Door Knocking. Company provides 1-3 Pre-set appointments a day with people that want to buy our products.
You will meet with the prospect, identify their needs, present our products, and guide with design options, provide a price and earn the business at the INITIAL visit. We implement a proven 10 step selling process.

Kitchen Designer/ In-Home Sales Requirements:
- Reliable transportation.
- 2 years sales experience.
- A proven track record for producing results.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Verifiable references.
Kitchen Designer/ In-Home Sales Compensation:
- Expect to make between 100K - 125K the first year.
- Paid 90 Day Training and Onboarding
- W2; Commission or optional base pay plus commission
- Supplied company gas card.
- Monthly Vehicle reimbursement
