Job Description
Redo Cabinets by Krumwiede Home Pros is seeking a Warehouse Worker / Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a drive to exceed expectations, and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
Essential Functions : W arehouse operations including inventory, receipt, material preparation, inspection of material, and delivery of products and materials.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound warehouse shipments / orders are timely and accurate.
- Ensure that warehouse equipment is in good working order.
- Maintain warehouse organization and standards of cleanliness.
- Building and vehicle maintenance.
- Precut material for cabinet jobs and stage for outgoing installations.
- Oversee the daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, processing, picking, packing, labeling, loading, and unloading.
- Assists with inventory control procedures.
- Driving to pick up and drop off materials.
- Help to set up and take down Home shows & events when needed.
- Maintain accurate records on incoming or outgoing materials and products.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in distribution or warehousing preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required; English language proficiency is required. Knowledge of warehousing practices and procedures is required; forklift experience required; ability to work independently and manage time effectively preferred; ability to learn new processes and procedures required; strong attention to detail required; ability to meet deadlines required; strong organizational skills required.
