We are seeking a skilled CIPP Lining Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production line machinery and equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while working on the production floor.
- Assist in training new technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CIPP Lining Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of CIPP and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support production demands.
