Manager of Tax Services

Prestigious Private Trust Company in Wilmington Delaware seeks a practicing Accountant to work

closely with the company's Audit and Tax Directors to ensure the company's compliance with

Federal and State laws and regulations applicable to income taxation of the Company's

Fiduciary accounts. Candidates do not have to bring new business. Existing accounts are

substantial.

• Bachelor's Degree
• at least 5 years experience as a practicing accountant in income tax area
• Familiar with high-net-worth clients or investors
• Certified Public Accountant Preferred
• Organize and coordinate the filing of federal and state tax returns
• Working knowledge of tax laws
• Salary $150,000...plus excellent benefits
