Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on trademark, copyright, and domain name matters
• Assist with the preparation and filing of trademark applications
• Conduct thorough searches of existing trademarks
• Analyze search results and advise on potential issues
• Represent clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB)
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve client goals
