The Desktop Support Analyst will assist the IT Services Manager in optimizing corporate performance by managing and maintaining systems, data, and user access. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions, analyzing and refining processes, and providing comprehensive support to end-users. The position requires travel between multiple sites for on-site support, with one day typically spent at each location. A reliable vehicle is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, design, implement, and maintain corporate technology systems.
Identify and document data sources, create flow diagrams, and map related processes.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
Perform ad-hoc reporting, interface file handling, and process improvements.
Collaborate with clients, developers, and technical teams to create solutions for complex business challenges.
Develop and maintain technical specifications based on business needs.
Configure systems, monitor performance, and install necessary software and patches.
Document program development, system changes, and testing procedures in compliance with policies and SOX auditing.
Recommend new solutions and system upgrades aligned with strategic goals.
Coordinate and test system changes with relevant process owners.
Provide backup training to ensure continuity of support during absences.
Deliver technical assistance to over 700 internal users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a 24x7 environment.
Support other IT-related issues and perform special projects as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for education).
2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Windows-based hardware and software applications.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Technical Skills:
Active Directory & Windows Server 2000 or higher
Microsoft Office Suite 2000 or higher
Mobile and cellular technologies (iPad, tablets, iPhone)
