Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Plant Operator to join our team. The Plant Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in a manufacturing plant setting.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment in the plant
- Monitor and adjust plant processes as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Ensure the plant operates efficiently and safely
- Follow standard operating procedures for plant operations
- Assist in material handling and warehouse duties as required
- Package finished products for distribution
- Adhere to Lean manufacturing principles
- Conduct basic laboratory tasks if necessary
Qualifications
- Experience in machining or materials handling is preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus
- Ability to fabricate and package products effectively
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is beneficial
- Experience working in a CGMP environment is advantageous
- Forklift certification is desirable
