KS Bank is currently seeking an E-Banking Specialist to work in our Smithfield Operations Center. Primary duties for this role include, but not limited to:
- Process, verify and reconcile all electronic banking transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies, procedures and bank regulations.
- Process debit card adjustments and disputes with strict adherence to Regulation E.
- Assist the branches with ordering debit cards and perform card maintenance.
- Assist personal and business online banking customers when locked out of their online banking accounts and needed password resets.
- Provide support to business customers with cash management services such as wire transfer, ACH origination, and bill pay and remote deposit.
- Responsible for the electronic transfer of domestic and international wire transfers to other banks and for the correct posting of incoming wire transfer funds to customer or internal accounts.
- Ensure all procedures related to the electronic banking job duties are up to date and updated accordingly when changes to job duties or processes occur.
Qualifications Include:
- Previous experience working in banking functions, with a minimum of two years’ experience in the deposit operations function of a financial institution preferred;
- Minimum of HS Diploma, associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Familiar with Electronic Banking products and services and regulations;
- Knowledge of ACH Rules and Regulations recommended;
- Ability to serve clients in a cordial, tactful and professional manner;
- Proficient with web-based computer systems; Outlook, Word, and Excel applications
- Ability to operate in a team environment to accomplish shared goals;
- Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately;
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
