Logistics CSR- Bilingual/ Mandarin

NOW HIRING a full-time, dependable Bilingual_Logistics Customer Service Representative -to join our3rd party logistics team in the Jersey Village area!_

The Logistics CSR is responsible for communicating with customers and providing order and shipment updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Provides daily and weekly performance/KPI data reports
• Communicate with client and vendors after work is completed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Oversee driver daily schedules and make updates as needed
• Respond positively to calls from customers to understand their needs and effectively schedule work orders
• Manage supply chain activities.
• Inventory management
• Route planning.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous Logistics CSR expereince
• Bilingual in Mandarin a plus
• 3-4 years at a 3pl company.
• Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks at the same time
• Strong verbal skills to communicate clearly and effectively in English
• Previous dispatching and schedule coordinating experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
• Experience in supply chain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
