Position Description:
This is a full-time position in Residential Lending at our Westloop office. In this position you will be responsible for working directly with mortgage loan originators, Realtors, investor processing centers and title companies to comply with required documentation for residential real estate first mortgage loans. Good customer service skills, attention to detail, a proactive work ethic and ability to adhere to deadlines is crucial.
This is a full-time position; Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. We anticipate a starting salary of $40,000-$45,000 per annum based on your experience. Your career growth and financial reward is only limited by our shared success and your contribution to our continued growth.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with obtaining client financial documentation
Collaborate with investor processing centers to ensure files are completed accurately and timely
Collaborate with realtors to promptly gather and organize transaction specific documentation
Coordinate closing documentation and appointments with title companies
Compile and maintain pipeline reports
Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High School Graduate or GED required; Associates or undergraduate degree in finance or related field preferred, but not required
1 - 2 years of experience in residential/mortgage lending
Basic computer skills: experience in Encompass and Smartsheet, preferred
Solid internal and external customer service
Detail oriented
Dependable and adaptable
Displays drive and initiative
Work as a team player
Able to multi-task and make quick decisions
Able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Able to view a computer screen for long periods of time
Must be able to speak and listen clearly both in person and on the phone
Fine visual acuity to read for accuracy
This job may require lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 10 pounds frequently
