Position Description:
Our Retail team is the face of the Bank, focused on building quality relationships and protecting the financial security of our clients. As a Retail Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with our internal and external clients by ensuring that they have an excellent experience.
We are looking for someone who is able to examine and verify new account documentation and perform deposit operation functions. Those who enjoy working as a team to make sure that work is completed accurately and efficiently will find themselves in a supportive environment. Wages start at $16-18 per hour based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Process account maintenance and ensure accuracy and compliance
Open new accounts as a back-up function
Answers inquiries regarding new account documentation
Build relationships with internal and external clients
Communicate effectively across all channels to quickly resolve errors
Create efficiency in Retail back office functions
Manage reassignments of accounts
Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma or GED is required
Two years of previous banking experience preferred
Experience with basic office equipment (Microsoft Office programs and keyboards)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Relationship building skills
Detail oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good mathematical skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Able to view a computer screen for long periods of time
Must be able to speak and listen clearly both in person and on the phone
Fine visual acuity to read for accuracy
This job may require lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 10 pounds frequently
