As a KS2 Oracle Cloud Operations Engineer , you will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and automating cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to cloud migration and modernization projects , working with a range of technologies including Docker, CI / CD, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
What You'll Bring :
- 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including deployment and management
- Strong experience in cloud infrastructure monitoring, automation, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker
- Experience managing cloud-based databases, including Oracle DB, DB2, and NoSQL databases
- Proficiency with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Shell, Python, etc.)
- Expertise in DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud environments
- Ability to work independently on cloud operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams
