Service Delivery Leader
The Head of Service Delivery is a senior leadership position that plays a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution and delivery of projects, managed services, and cloud services within a professional services organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Key member of the Executive Leadership TeamLeading, Managing and Holding the Delivery Team Leaders accountable : leading and managing the Program, Managed Services, Functional, and Technical leads. Providing mentorship, coaching, and support to help them achieve their goals and deliver high-quality resultsResponsible for leading and growing a consulting team of over 50 w2's and 1099'sStrategic Planning : Help our customer in developing and executing a strategic vision for the program, aligning it with the organization's goals and objectivesClient Engagement Leadership : Act as a single point of contact for our client by overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of projects and managed services within the program, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget and meeting SLAsCapacity Planning and Resource Planning : accurately forecasting demand and aligning consulting resources to meet demand. Managing utilization and minimizing downtime within both Programs / Projects and Managed ServicesDriving the proper training and certifications for the team with thought leadership demonstrated at local and national trade shows7 years of experience using JD Edwards applications from kickoff to go liveREQUIRED Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required10 Years of IT Director experience (in addition to any experience offered in lieu of degree requirements)10 years of Director Level Experience7 years of experience using JD Edwards and Cloud applications from kickoff to go liveDirect client support and large project managementExperience in customer service and Leadership10 years of resource managementExtensive experience of delivering successful consultancy services to external clients in an education and / or public-sector environmentExperience of successful business and strategy development, including at least two of - market analysis, strategy development, product development, thought leadership and client positioning, client relationship management, proposal development, partnership developmentSignificant experience of managing a portfolio of projects or a complex program, with the ability to manage a changing portfolio in line with client needsExperience of leading, managing and developing multi-disciplinary teams to meet or exceed delivery targets and achieve client satisfactionExperience managing large multi-stakeholder salesSignificant experience in people and team management, preferably in a consultancy environment, with the ability influence others and create an environment to maximize the team's potentialProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, ExcelExperience with Smartsheet, MS Project or other project planning toolKnowledge of Visio or similar for process modelingRequired : Experience with application support for JD Edwards or another tier 1 ERP systemExperience in leading projects and managing expectations and outcomesKnowledge of customer experience and process improvementHighly effective in-person, phone, and written communication skillsExcellent documentation and organizational skillsAbility to work in a team environment while achieving personal production goalsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeREQUIRED Skills & Experience
