The Financial Transaction Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and processing payments to vendors and suppliers on behalf of KSARIA Corp. Key responsibilities include:
- Entering invoice details into accounting systems and allocating expenses to appropriate accounts or purchase orders
- Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy
- Communicating with vendors and suppliers to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Preparing and processing payment batches, including checks, electronic transfers, and other payment methods
- Monitoring payment deadlines and resolving any outstanding invoices or payment delays
Key qualifications for this position include:
- Well-organized and self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and Word
