This position reports directly to the Production Manager
- Adhere to daily and weekly scheduling
- Ensure all Materials are manufactured according to client specifications
- Maintain control and discipline over subordinates
- Ensure all personnel have and use their personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any unsafe acts or conditions
- Stop any process that does not meet customer specification
- Ensure all personnel under supervision are properly trained
- Prepare a checklist to ensure the area has everything needed for personnel to work the following day without issues
- Maintain an understanding of the products currently in production
- Enforce the internal work regulations
- Be able to lead and make decisions in the absence of the manager.

- High school Diploma or Equivalent
