SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST

OVERVIEW :
The Senior Human Resource Generalist will manage and execute key HR functions while providing comprehensive HR support to all areas of the business. This position will oversee various HR tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The Senior HR Generalist will work closely with the HR Business Partner, other members of the HR Team, managers, and employees to promote a positive work environment and ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment and Onboarding
Inputs and manages job requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Provides assistance to employees on HR-related matters, conflicts, or complaints
Assists in payroll processing initiatives when needed
Ensures budgetary compliance for hourly performance reviews
Ensures headcount compliance and monitors employee count on a regular basis
Maintains various filing systems (Workday, ADP, Kronos, and UKG) and ensures records are accurate and up to date
Supports benefits enrollment processes and assists employees with benefits inquiries
Stays updated on changes in employment laws, regulations, and labor laws
Contributes to HR team projects such as employee engagement surveys, data audits, or policy reviews
