Daily Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential customers to learn their needs and preferences and educate them on our clients products and services that will best suit them
- Work side by side with experienced Sales Support Representative team members to gain hands on experience on how to effectively implement our sales and marketing strategies
- Facilitate both the enrollment and the installation process on behalf of the customer to ensure a timely delivery of all services
- Maintain an up to date record of all customer interactions
- Participate in continued training opportunities
