They are currently seeking a SeniorHRAdvisor to lead compliance efforts, manage multi-state regulations, and oversee benefits administration , all while building trust with business owners.This position will have a broad responsibility across corporate and operational human resources initiatives. A successful candidate will have the superior ability to prioritize and focus in a dynamic, multi-business environment.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-onHRwork and advising onHRbest practices.Right now, the focus is on open enrollment, 401(k) administration, compliance, and benefits billing across multiple companies.
