Client : Confidential | Union Position | Industrial General Contractor
Our client, a well-established industrial general contractor , is seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead and oversee a variety of construction projects within Iowa. This union position requires membership in one of the following trades : Iron Workers, Carpenters, Millwrights, or Bricklayers .
This is anopportunity with a union shop that manages projects across an 80-mile radius of Cedar Rapids .

About the Role :
The Superintendent will oversee industrial construction projects ranging from a few thousand to several million dollars . The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience across all 16-CSI Trade Classifications, with direct involvement in self-performing Civil,Rebar, Concrete, Structural Erection, Equipment setting, Carpentry and Masonry and managing and coordinating other trade classifications.
