Job Title: Barista
As a Barista, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality and presentation in the workstation as directed by the Supervisor/Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, prices, and methods of preparation to make recommendations to guests.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.
- Follow standard operation procedures and safety standards to ensure guest satisfaction and employee well-being.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Able to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds frequently to assist guests.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to hear, understand, and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests.
- Able to bend and twist, push, and pull, stoop, and kneel.
- Able to ascend and descend a ladder.
