Job Description
The Housekeeping Manager is a key member of the KSL Resorts team, responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This involves supervising a team of Housekeeping staff, managing inventory and supplies, and monitoring labor costs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Train and develop Housekeeping staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and service
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards are met
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and controlling budgets
- Monitor labor costs and ensure efficient use of resources
- Participate in managing labor controls and budget within the Housekeeping department
