As a Barista, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation in our workstations as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.

- Prepare high-quality hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment to maintain a clean environment.
- Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning and food safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by serving food and beverage items in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.
- Adhere to our 4 Keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and handle cash and credit card payments according to company policies.
- Comply with all policies and safety rules to ensure a safe working environment.
- Flexibility is key - be prepared to work a variety of shifts based on business needs.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff, vendors, and guests.
