Shreveport, LA Remote

We are looking for candidates who can work on our W2.
Candidates with previous state / govt client experience is preferred.
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Recommend/ define the overall application architecture, including the design and implementation of new systems and the evolution of existing system
- Ensure alignment of application systems with the organization's overall technology strategy and business goals;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to define and prioritize application requirements;
- Research and evaluate new technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement;
- Mentor and train development teams on new technologies and best practices;
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- 10 Years experience in developing enterprise solutions
- 5 Years experience in project management
- Bachelor s Degree Any field
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- Master's Degree In Business Administration
- Certification In Application Development
- Certification In Systems Engineer
