Shreveport, LA Remote

We are looking for candidates who can work on our W2.
Candidates with previous state / govt client experience is preferred.
The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Define and document business functions and processes;
- Analyze the integration of business functions with technology;
- Assist with business case development and business process reengineering;
- Consult with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements;
- Recommend new processes that yield operational efficiencies;
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis;
- Develop or assist with project work plans, project timelines;
- The Business Analyst should be familiar with permitting, licenses and registration processes
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
- 3 years experience in business analysis
- Expertise in data analysis, business intelligence or related role
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software
- Bachelor s degree Any Field
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- 3 years experience in business analysis
- Expertise in data analysis, business intelligence or related role
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software
- Bachelor s degree Any Field
- 3 years experience in Oracle SQL
